Only Holgar can answer this for sure, but I think this is intended to
prevent people from giving away or selling their keyfiles while continuing
to use the software and keyfiles. Holgar will have to answer the question
as to whether he means to prevent a user from selling or giving his copy
of Miami to another person if the original user intends to stop using it
himself and would otherwise just have to destroy it. Perhaps Holgar will
allow a free reregistration of key files upon evidence of transfer, and
agreement by the transferor to destroy all copies of his key files after
the transfer?
