All of you have succeeded in totally confusing me. Since when can
we buy Miami (whether regular 3.2b or Deluxe) through an auction place?
The only place I ever saw Miami, included, when you had to pay, was
when a lite version was included in the AmigaOS/DOS version 3.5 bundle.
Then, there was a slightly different procedure in registering it (as I
recall). Otherwise, the only way is to get ANY version of Miami (2.9
is okay), start it up, use your browser (graphical or text), go to the
NordicGlobal Web site, download the current, full version, and register
it by filling out the form and paying the money. Doing this will also
allow you to use the MiamiSSL program and associated files.
Now, maybe I am totally "out to lunch," but how I described the way
to get registered, is the way I did it and the only way I know. If
the question was, "Where, the h*ll, do we send our check or money
order, since the Florida, USA address is no longer the correct one for
that?" I would understand it and would try to find an answer, as, this
happened to a friend of mine. But, I cannot understand connecting the
buying of Miami with eBay, or any other auction.
I am not trying to come across as snobbish, egotistical or bullying.
I am just confused and seek some clarification.
