You'd need to use a login script, and due to the horrible crock of
redefining the meaning of "Use CD" in the null-modem case, you need to
disable "Use CD".  That in turn means that Miami(Dx) can't detect the line
dropping, but it should otherwise be workable.  Watch the dialer window,
or if it gets apst that, check the PPP log.
