This is normal 'warm-up' behavior for the LC-1. The units are goofy but you
probably just need to go set the output(s) to whatever you're after. Not
sure how it works with the Link but with the Innovate digital gauge I
believe you want the output to be 'volts'.

So in short, it's probably functioning fine (if you followed the install
directions to the letter, those things are finicky) so RTFM and program your
outputs. You should be on your way.
