Maybe. We don't have many out, but we have be less than happy with the
411L performance, even as a single user CPE.
One thing for the OP, what does the log show?
If you log into a terminal or telnet, what is the last message displayed?

and 54Mbps modulation rates. The units are running 6.22 (RB411L) and

The link will sometimes drop with "lost connection, medium-access
