Well, I said I have it enabled on my BIOS. Me having a sriov enabled kernel and a sriov capable NIC is another history. I'm justing making simple pci passthrough. Anyway, I'm not worrying much because it's OpenBSD. But it's kind of a bummer not being able to have more cores on it. Perhaps when I finish migrating the servers I can look into it.
