Announcement: OpenSA version 1.3.6c fixed

The OpenSA project team is pleased to announce the release of version 1.3.6c
of our open source packge for Win32. This new OpenSA version incorporates
several changes and bugfixes to the package (for a complete list see
http://www.openssl.org/news/changelog.htm).
The most significant changes are:
- Working Auto-Configuration during Installation.
- New Icons included for Apache SSL, Restart and Shutdown function.
- Changed registry installation to avoid conflicts with standard Apache.
- Completly support Apache and mod_ssl build from Visual Studio
- Updated to mod_ssl 2.3.10.
We consider OpenSA 1.3.6c to be the best version of OpenSA available and we
strongly recommend that users of older versions upgrade as soon as possible.
