Sorry about that one. The test suite quickly aborted after sending one wrong failure --- I thought. It seems that yours is another one. It turns out that this also stops CPAN::Reporter asking the question whether to send a FAIL reports. A bad idea, I will revert to the old settings. In my head there are some plans of an "annocpantesters" service, which can be used to annotate and change the grade of a report afterwards (by the tester, by the author, by anybody). This could be in my cpan testers matrix to correct the tester results. The annotations could also be used for just adding a note or pointing to an RT ticket. However, these are just ideas, no implementation is done yet.
