Actually, that came from Las Vegas. Whenever someone would have something
very unlikely happen (like they would have a full house, and the other
person would get the exact card they needed on the final card to make a
straight flush to beat them) they would tend to say "What's the odds of that
happening?".

Non-mathematical types would say, "50/50, because there were two
possibilities, either that it happened or that it didn't".

I have sent *TENS OF THOUSANDS* of packages outside the U.S. and 99.99% of
them all arrived safely. This individual sent *TWO*, and both went missing.

What's the odds of that happening?
