I am just curious as to what some of the dealers in this group think of Paypal’s refund policy eg: If you need to refund a customer because they changed their mind, made a mistake, thought they were purchasing a video, over paid on postage, etc etc, Paypal refuses to refund the fee on the portion of the refund. I think it is very poor service to keep the fees even when the full amount has been refunded through no fault of the seller. What do you all think?
