The big problems I'm seeing is mostly in Tabbed browsing.  I turn the 
CTRL-ENTER pref on and it opens every page even if I hit regular enter. 
  And sometimes doing "Open link in new tab" results in the page not 
loading at all, instead it loads about:blank.

And while I see UI for what appears to be P3P support, I have no idea if 
it's actually working or not (no visual indicators of cookies being 
blocked or something like IE6 does).
