Hi Anders I recall the AAC encoder is the same as Fraunhofers MP3 Encoder's High Quality mode, but I'm not 100% sure about this. I can check in my agreement that I had with Thomson Multimedia when I sold the Fraunhofer MP3 Encoder. If you are a developer you need to sign a contract with Fraunhofer to sell it :-(. If you are a buyer you have to by an mp3 encoder that includes Fraunhofer MP3 Encoder High Quality mode.
