I am glad that you have now built the library.
To use the library you have to add it into your application, for
example, by adding it into the Linker|Input property dialogue under
"Additional Dependencies".
Alternatively you can click on your solution in the solution explorer
window and select 'Add Item'. You can then find and click on the MPIR
library and it will be added to your project.
