ITIL bukan masalah di versi tapi budaya nya sudah siap di mana? Jangan sampai budaya buang sampah pada tempat nya saja belum ada tapi tempat sampah nya sudah 3 warna seperti di Indonesia, ya.. Cost nya besar tapi gak jalan.
