I don't think a super quick turnaround on new algorithm
submissions is really important for something like musicdsp.org.
they ARE added to a queue.
the queue now contains about 500 spam submissions.
that's the whole (current) problem.
some kind of "report as spam" thing for the comments would be nice
too as there are SOME (but few) spam comments.
