Hmm, I really do not know what to do.

Can we make this simple and informal.
Can anybody who feels they should vote on this matter, please reply to
this mail and state their vote?

This is not a formal process, and I will not take a slim majority as a
vote.

IIRC we have two options

3) Use Sentence case but capitalise proper nouns (i.e. names, places, god,
etc)
4) Use Gramatical case (nouns and verbs, or for simplicity everything but
prepositions)

I'd vote... 5, for the sake of all the users who don't know latin. But
I shouldn't have much problems applying whatever rule is applied. I
think I remember enough latin for that. I only hope no innocent
non-latinist will get hurt because he didn't properly write in a
language he doesn't know anything about.
