We already have. Paul DuBois has written a book about MySql, which is one of
the best books I've ever read on any one technical subject. You go buy that,
it's well worth its money.
As for the Lightwave 3D manuals, how much did you pay for that program? How
much do you pay for MySql? Open Source software may be free, but the
developers have to earn some money somewhere, ie. support. So all the money
saved on using MySql instead of, say, Oracle or SQL Server, go use a
fraction of them on a good book like Paul's.
