I think this is part of a general upward trend in EBay prices. I know that test older gear (Tek, HP) has become very pricey over the past couple of years.
I have watched the prices of E1T tubes triple in three years. Some of this is due to a small, finite supply, but I attribute much of it to price comparison websites and vendors willing to sit on items for months or years. Shaun M.
