Yes, just run it as an Expert/Upgrade.

Since this involves a hd change the install may ask which is your /
partition.
Be sure you know and input it correctly or you will screw your drive.

No need to go that far - just boot from a floppy (or you can use rescue mode, I think) and type lilo.
