You need kernel-source-2.4.22 for that kernel. It should be on your CD set. It shouldn't give a missing signature if it comes from there. If you are sure about the source of the rpm you can ignore it and install the package anyway. Run "uname -a" to check what kernel you're running, apparently it doesn't correspond to the kernel-source you installed, or so it seems from the nvidia-installer complaints.
