Do not ever!!! work on a box that is not unplugged! Either buy a grounding strap or make one. Like so: strip the insulation from a piece of copper wire enough to go around your wrist. Fasten the bare wire around your wrist in contact with bare skin. Connect a metal clip lead to the other end of the wire connected to your wrist. Connect the clip lead to bare metal of the box before you pick up your new screwdriver! Do not touch the chips or components on the boards.
