proper install sequence:

qt
kdesupport
kdelibs
kdebase

after that any order for the rest...you may need to install openssl 
(available from rufus and elsewhere) if you run into dependency 
problems..."needs libcrypto.xxx and lib something-or-other" or some such 
message...
