[newbie] kppp problems

I try to connect to my isp but it will not work for me. after calling I are
disconnected. and in the logfile can I read "peer is not authorized to use
remote adress 212.x.x.x.x"
I use mandrake 7.1  and kppp when I used 7.0 it worked fine. please help me
