[newbie] Configuring Netscape for wav files

Hi All,

I clicked on a link to a WAV file, but I get the following error:

sox: Can't open output file '/dev/dsp': No such device.

What does this mean, and how can I configure Netscape in Linux
to play wav files automatically, when I click on the link?
