I decided to try the codeweavers installation of wine. It was very easy to use and while I think I could have managed the script file ok... The graphic tool is very nice. I did have to remove the version that installs with Mandrake, but that too was no problem. I have several applications I wish to test out... particularly applications I have written using the Borland tools. Thanks again, Joe
