[noalyss-generale] Copro procédure

Bonjour,

Je suis (toujours) occupé à mettre au point une procédure pour encoderune compta de copro avec Noalyss. J'ai même l'impression de progresser. ;-)Je tente de mettre d'améliorer la doc et je voudrais schématiser lesprincipes en mind mapping avec Frreplane.Ci-joint un projet de schéma intitulé opération comptable et un autre,Noalyss Copro. Il y a certainement un moyen de procéder de manièrecollaborative.

Voici des petits soucis auxquels je me heurte dans la mise au point demon processus d'encodage:- Dans mes essais, j'ai malencontreusement encodé un appel de fond enposte 420. QuickCode AFDEP. Quand je m'en suis rendu compte, j'en airefait un en poste comptable 701AFDEP (QuickCode AFDEP). J'ouvre lafiche dans GESTION/CARD en cliquant sur le QuickCode. J'ouvrel'historique. Un appel de Fonds O00004 que j'ai encodé apparaît. Dans laliste des postes concernés, j'ai les postes des copropriétaires en400xxx au débit et le poste 420 en crédit au lieu du 701AFDEP.

420, c'est "Emprunts subordonnés"! Comment je peux faire la rectification?

- Comment prendre en compte un remboursement d'assurance, quel poste -En attendant j'ai créé un poste 999 - Sachant qu'il n'est pas rembourséla même année?- Quelle est la procédure de report d'un exercice à l'autre? Pour lemoment, j'en suis à la dernière étape de COMPTA/ADV/OPEN où j'ai uneliste d'opérations non soldées avec des montants au débit et au crédit.Je n'ai pas de postes renseignés dans aucune ligne.

Comment dois-je procéder.

- Pour finir, quelle est la procédure pour éditer un bilan parcopropriétaire?
