I just try some things. I disable my antivirus but I have no change still lag I try to play a sequence in a empty scene and then I have no probleme no jump of the thread no lag and when a play. My scene have some rotopaint node with in each a lot of roto or paint but on 28 frames only. So It may be cause by the roto. I guess there is no solution to avoid the jump.
