While I see your point I'd argue that this information isn't quite
redundant. Its not directly available from the full spell descriptions.
I was writing up a set of Spell Lists for some variant character
classes and wanted to include the summary notes. Given that
the summary notes aren't in the SRD I'm presuming that I
have to either omit them completely or come up with my own
summaries.
