No, they're riding on the coat-tails of Wizards of the Coast.  The OGF is
more than d20, at least in principle.

I don't have a commercial interest in d20, to me the issue is one of
intentional misdirection.  As was said earlier, nobody looking for Earth
1066 is going to type 'opengamingfoundation.com'.  Likewise, nobody typing
'opengamgingfoundation.com' is going to be expecting to find Earth 1066.  I
have nothing against Earth 1066, nor Faustus's views, but his use of the
opengamingfoundation domain name to funnel traffic through his site is poor
netiquette, and the powers that rule over domain names call it unethical.
