Even if you were to follow the rather convuted way of building the software, you're still not going to be able to use the D20 logo. Countless debates have ironed out the process of OGL complaint software (and there are still disagreements on the details).. in general though, OGL software developement means you can't put OGL material in the software, you essentially have to create a scripting language that can read OGL text scripts and load it into memory. No creating hard variables called AC. It is difficult and a headache.
On the up side of things, you are opening yourself up to a wealth of material. Prestige classes, feats, and spells that have all been prebuilt for you, just waiting to be properly coded.
