I agree, but the Prometheus license and logo (the one being discussed
mostly in this thread) isn't a collective ownership logo.  It's owned by
one entity and licensed in the same way as the OGL (in perpetuity and
without content restrictions) which strongly differentiates it from the
d20STL and from any proposed communally held logo which could be damaged
through purposeful misuse.

Not saying you didn't already know that, but rather just pointing it out
for those that didn't.
