You're right, I haven't.  But I'd sure like to learn some of those tricks.

The point is that some extra work is required on the user end to convert the
text into a usable format. Some people can do this easily, other may take
months with MS Word reformatting it.  As I stated in another post, buying
the published version is more convenient than doing the work themselves for
most people.  And the book can be carried with them anywhere, but not
everyone has or can afford a laptop.
