Although I was not suggesting this, it is something I would consider, yes.  
My (obviously incorrect) assumption was that any sensible developer would be 
"submitting" their stuff to the community via SRD.

BTW if anybody on the list has seen this discussion and has decided to think 
twice about opening their content, then we in fact have done them an 
enormous favor - as they quite frankly had obviously not considered all of 
the ramifications of making their stuff open.

Hmmm ... maybe should ask for royalties.
