Molly, It seems like you have gotten quite a few more than 4 emails! But I think you mean that you need more help then just votes of support!
Could you tell us what you do need? If you were to take the lead and simply sort out what needs to be done I am sure that different members of this group could donate the help! Do we need hosting? Fund raising? Should we put out the call for an informal intial board? A conference would be a great initial step, is there a way to get that to happen cheaply? Should we start with some kind of virtual conference? Give us some direction and we might be able to give you some help.
