Not yet, just a release candidate.

It was not added for the FTDI adapters, but chances are it will be
added next release (and for pure bitbanging too). That said, SWD with
STLink and CMSIS-DAP compliant adapters already works.

Apparently a way more cleaner implementation is possible, without
libswd etc, see wip patches on Gerrit.

You already can if you get stlink or cmsis-dap or just self-compile
code from Gerrit.
