Hi Akos. The adapters make a difference. For instance, My Olimex adapters would require an add-on, which I do not have. But the JTAG-lock-pick Tiny 2 works as is. You only need to connect 3 Dupont-jumper wires to get SWD. See my archive posted on the list earlier: <http://scratch.gpio.dk/lpc8xx-cfg.zip>
Support for a particular microcontroller also depends on a configuration file being available. If it's not there, you can write one yourself, so it's not a big issue. For programming the LPC812, I used one wire to connect SWDIO, one for SWCLK and one for RESET (perhaps it could even work without RESET), oh, and I almost forgot that I also connected GND. -Just corrected that in my ReadMe file. :) Love Jens On Thu, 3 Apr 2014 17:34:34 +0200, Akos Vandra wrote: > Hi all, > > Wow, forgot how responsive this community was. > > I was referring to the RC, sorry for the confusion. > And I was referring to the FTDI programmers' support for SWD (which > was obvious for me, but I have no idea why I thought it should be for > you). > I'm happy to hear that there are plans to get it out anytime soon, and > that there are already patches out there.
