You can do the first two things with Zylin alone or with GDB H.D. + Zylin (I suppose that Zylin does the disassembly, it's not possible to see the assembler code without that plubin installed - only installed, nothing more is required). I don't know about MIPS Debugging assembly code is not as comfortable as C code.
