Hi Carsten,
thanks for your second patch.
I did some testing with
1. Original OSGSHLChunk.cpp at rev 1943
2. Your old path
3. Youe new patch.
I get the same results with 1 & 3. 2 Was broke as I mentioned in the email.
I believe in that case that the problem was somewhere else but it was
related to OSG update shader variables.
I hope I am making sense.
