uhm, now I'm a little confused, I thought they look the same? Why two 
files then? What is the difference, if there is any (I mean how do they 
look different, not the different ways they were created)?

Anyway, looking at the scenes, I'm wondering if you have polygon winding 
problems. What happens if you don't cull back faces? - that is done by 
the PolygonChunks that you have on each material.

Have you checked that the models do not contain geometry without materials?
