I think the case was prepared by someone within sun, and while I don't attribute any malice to it, reading the messages, I'm not sure if when joerg replies, he's actually aware of what parts of his system were included in the case, and which were left out. Like any developer, I'm sure he knows his code and designs inside and out. I've been assuming his replies are from memroy and not from the materials, and there *may* be an assumption there that more of the materials are present, and that more of his system is being presented, than really are. Some of the replies to him have also had the tone (at least when I've read them) that while the case was sponsored by someone in Sun, that Joerg was the author, or at least involved. I'm not sure that's a safe assumption to make. From the outside, it appears that not only are there sometimes language nuances that go misunderstood, but that the two sides aren't even talking about the same thing. -Kyle
