Few, but some (e.g. Roland Mainz and a limited set of others). It depends on the definition. I would suggest, that everybody is one who is working on something that eventually gets upstream into the Nevada gate. In a wider definition this might include everyone who reports a (binary-) bug.
Also some Sun employees may do some unpaid work during their spare time.
