I agree it would be good to get the information out to opensolaris.org,
but I don't know where it is to get it from or who can get it there.
The information I know of internally is mostly the announcements of the
builds being posted on our internal build server, much like Derek posts
to opensolaris-announce when they make it to the external server. I
just happened to see one for snv_100a being released a few days after
snv_100 and thought that could explain the delay here - I'm still just
guessing, since I'm not involved with the SXCE posting process and
don't know how to get status on it beyond asking Derek to ask his
contacts.
