Looks good.


Can you try to run both the transmit and receive TTCP 
test concurrently (start the receiving program both on
Windows and Solaris, and after that start the transmitting
programs at the same time on Windows and Solaris)?
So that the Solaris "rge" realtek nic driver has to
send & receive lots of packets at the same time?


Btw: There is an old thread where users have reported
about bad performance of "rge" with cifs, and switching
to the alternate "gani" driver did solve this problem:
