Under project properties => "Configuration Properties" => "C/C++" =>
"Preprocessor" => "Preprocessor definitions" Add
_HAS_ITERATOR_DEBUGGING  0

I believe that's the correct and proper location. One thing I'm unsure
of is if you have to add this to the OSG build as well and recompile.
