I have this running on SuSE 9.3
apache2-2.0.53-9.2
apache2-prefork-2.0.53-9.2
otrs-2.0.2-01
apache2-mod_perl-2.0.0-4
Looks as if I'm just a bit behind in my patch levels, but that might
make the difference in this case.
FYI, all I have done on this particular system us the SuSE 9.3
install and then have it get online updates. before I started
installing OTRS. OTRS was installed with the rpm package.
I suppose you could try and downgrade apache2-prefork and or
mod_perl, but that would warrant a look at what the changes were and
why they were made between the 2 versions.

I have recomplied from source and installed as well, with the same
effect. Can anyone recommend a proper OS/apache2 version to use
with otrs?
