Participate in some anon nets and donate some efforts/resource,
there you will find how they do BT filesharing. You'll also find sftp,
nntp, and more.

Again, they're not solveable with clearnet solutions. OFFsystem over
HTTPS was interesting though. BT is and will be insufficient until
you plug it into an anonymous net, or it becomes one itself (which
is unlikely given bigcorp wants to use it/you for their own free distribution).
Nor do most of the other trendy 'sharing' apps put up a strong defense
either.
