     Bit of a puzzler - what OS are you running? Have you tried any FTP 
clients or Hotline clients like PitBullPro? What browser is it? Sometimes 
if you have a crashed connection the modem pipe stays full and can only 
be cleared by turning the modem off and on again - have you had a crashed 
connection - or restarted due to a stalled connection or freeze?
