I suggest if you only have one drive install it in the upper bay. If you want
two drives install the cooler drive in the lower bay and put the new "hot"
drive in the upper bay and add some extra cooling support. --glen (digest mode)

I have considered drilling holes in either the front of the case at the lower bay or in the metal side toward the speaker side to get more air flow.
Or drilling from below and having a fan blowing upward.
