Group, at an email list I'm an admin for, we have another Netscape problem. (First problem was their signature file not showing up below their text, it only would show at the extreme bottom of the thread below the footers). Still haven't got that solved. Now, NS is removing the header from the email one replies to. I've put a snipped example below. This is the way the post would look in one's inbox as you view it: ===================

As you can see, there is no typical header where it has "[Name] wrote:" The header that is normally there for the "From:" with their name and email address is gone. I have suggested they go into the 'options' or 'preferences' area in their NS mail, and they said there is nothing there about this. (I use OE so I can't check). Any idea what is doing this and how they can fix it? Without the header with the sender's email address in it, members have no way of privately contacting the previous person in the thread if warranted. Of course, a sig. file with their email address would fix this, but I am still trying to get everyone to use one.
