The sig shows up at the bottom of a message, as it should. It
is not
configurable. It comes directly after the "--". The real
problem there
is top-posting. Until Outhouse came along, bottom-posting was
the norm.
It still is in most technical groups on Usenet. For more

There are 3 choices for headers, Brief, Normal and All. Look
at
View|Headers and make your choice there.
